The conference will take place in the Cittadella of Politecnico di Torino. Formerly an industrial area for railway repair shops, this area of the Campus is the vibrant heart of Politecnico, hosting the majority of teaching and research activities, as well as multiple structures able to favor the development of cultural activities and services of technological transfer, within the institutional activities of the Polytechnic of Turin.

• From Torino Caselle (TRN) airport to Turin city center:
1. By bus: Arriva bus company offers direct connections to Turin center, dropping you off in front of Porta Nuova railway station. Arriva buses depart every 15’ on workdays and every 30’ on festive days. From Porta Nuova Train station, you can take the underground (the closest stop is Vinzaglio), that is walking distance from Politecnico (6-7 min walking).
2. By taxi: Taxicabs (ph. +39.011.5730/37) are on the left at the exit of the Arrivals level. Travel time to Politecnico is around 30′.
• From Milano Malpensa (MPX) airport:
1. By bus: The easiest way is by flibco, getting off at Stazione Porta Susa.
2. By train: Take the Malpensa Express to Milano Centrale station. From there, there are several trains departing for Turin (including the high speed trains by Trenitalia and Italo). The best stop is the Porta Susa Station, walking distance from the conference.
• From Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) airport:
1. By bus: By train, take the Orioshuttle to Milano Centrale railway station. From there, there are several trains departing for Turin Turin (including the high speed trains by Trenitalia and Italo). The best stop is Porta Susa Station, walking distance from the conference.

• From Porta Nuova Station:
1. By metro: The Turin Metro (Metropolitana di Torino) is the first driverless rapid transit system in Italy. It comprises one 15.1 Km line with 23 stations connecting Fermi station in Collegno with Piazza Bengasi in Turin. From Porta Nuova Train station, you can take the metro (the closest stop is Vinzaglio), that is walking distance from Politecnico (6-7 min walking). Turin metro starts operating at 5:30 from Monday to Saturday and at 7:00 on Sundays. It closes at 22:00 on Mondays, at 00:30 from Tuesday to Thursday, at 1:30 on Friday and Saturday, and at 1:00 on Sundays. The single journey ticket costs € 1.70 and it includes the urban line and the suburban line for 100 minutes (about 1 and a half hours). The daily ticket costs € 3.50. Any form of urban transport season ticket is valid also for the metro system. You can buy tickets at metro stations, or using the GTT – TO move app (Android).
2. By bus: From Porta Nuova Train station, you can take the bus number 12, that departs from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in front of the Station, and stops in front of the Cittadella. The single journey ticket costs € 1.70, and it includes the urban line and the suburban line for 100 minutes (about 1 and a half hours). The daily ticket costs € 3.50. Any form of an urban transport season ticket is valid also for the metro system. You can buy tickets at metro stations or using the GTT – TO move app (Android). Almost all bus and tram lines start running at 5.00 in the morning and end at 24.00.
• From Porta Susa Station:
1. By walk: Politecnico di Torino is walking distance from Porta Susa Station (about 15 minutes).
2. By metro: From Porta Susa station, you can take the metro (the closest stop is Vinzaglio), that is walking distance from Politecnico.
